Just bought a ZS - EV essence model. First electric car ever! Drove it first day no problems. Now when I turn it on it seems to be stuck in either Drive or Neutral. It won't shift to reverse. I'm holding the break pedal down and the brake seems very stiff. The display tels me to engage...
