I’ve had no issues with alarms or battery drain. Yet more recently I’ve not been bothering to run it as so few metrics are reliably surfaced (more as MG’s fault). I’ve set ABRP to use 3.8 mi/Kw to be ‘close enough’ in real world comparisons.

In settings there is also an option to turn on/off network traffic. If this is off I believe 4G will be ignored even if showing bars on the home screen. Worth a check.

Fixed! 1.1.5 just updated to my iPhone and the measurement option is back 🙂

Same issue here. Was in miles, updated to latest app for iOS and initially remembered miles. MG forced a logout (timeout, backend system update, whatever reason). Upon login defaulted to KM yet now latest app doesn’t offer the measurement selection.

Yes I know. It is when holding the button for Siri it can’t hear me and same if I answer a call - I can hear the caller, yet they cannot hear me… If only using the phone direct via bluetooth for a call it’s the same issue. Dealer tested it too and has the same problem with their phones yet has...

My car has “Hello MG” disabled yet CarPlay cannot hear me. Same issue if trying to speak to the phone via direct Bluetooth mode also. The mic can work for MG voice, yet nothing else…

Apologies - I mean as in yes tried it with both set to off and also when it was on. No difference to CarPlay/bluetooth. Yet as the mic physically does work if using MG voice it definitely seemed software related.

I have tried with Hello MG on and off - for iOS CarPlay which made no difference 😞 Hello MG can hear me, yet phone cannot (Bluetooth or CarPlay). Suggests the mic itself works… MG have ordered a replacement centre mic yet not confident that will fix it once here.

Ooooo thank you. What I wanted to hear to match mine. A hope of getting off R30. Broken consumption graph and no Bluetooth/carplay mic (yet works for MG voice) to name a few of my bugs.

Out of interest, do you have a phase one or two and Trophy or SE? (i.e phase with or without a rear wiper)

Very glad it wasn’t my imagination. Have a Trophy yet took the X-Power out for a test recently and had this exact hum/vinration/reverb experience at 60+mph. Completely put me off switching. My trophy had some reverb and vibration at delivery yet a tyre change due to flat spots and rebalance...

Same with my Jan ’23 Trophy. Two tyres had flat spots (Premium Contact C). Ended up going for PremiumContact 7 all round so all matching. Grip and ride improved plus no reverb or vibration anymore.

You could try removing the small circular covers along the inner top of the boot hatch and tighten the nuts underneath for the spoiler.

I fear the fixes won’t happen for existing cars and most should be invisible. Yet the platform doesn’t seem setup to rollout software at all and the dealer based updates are confused, slow and time consuming with no incentive to do them unless a warranty break/fix or yearly service. This is on...
