Batteries Like in EVs, domestic batteries never fully charge or deplete. Warranties extend to 10 years so the lifetime would be greater. For example GivEnergy states that "Battery expected lifetime is 15-20 years".

Recent iOS update appears to have broken Carplay on our MG5. Does the CarlinKit fit neatly when in use when in use? A photo would be great.

Can anyone else confirm if the recent (end of May) update to iOS 15.5 has stopped carplay functioning on their MG eV? This was the reason provided by the MG dealer today during the servicing. They stated a new firmware will be needed for the car to fix the problem.

Just watched the detailed explanation from Miles on the MG podcast. The bulletin to dealers is essentially an instruction to proceed with carrying out software updates to key components for all MG EVs when servicing.
