It always read 290 miles at 100% charge now it only reads 240/250 or so at 100%,

With regards to charging , my Trophy is only 3 months old , initially I was getting 290 miles on a full charge now it’s only about 250 miles. Any ideas why that is ? Thanks in advance

I only ever charge my new trophy at work,just plug it in and it starts.I’ve not yet used a public one. Do we have to preset the battery en route to ensure a quicker charge when you get there as my Tesla driving colleagues do and it saves them a lot of time ,
