My first winter weather with an EV and full charge range on my 24 facelift dropped to 180 miles. Just wondering if this was average for MG’s in cold weather? Admittedly the car lives outside and I am in North Wales.

Got my car in September and got a granny charger, 7kW cable & floor mats. Got home and then found a 3 phase Honda branded cable under the boot floor! Don’t think they knew it was there so I’m not going to raise the subject with them.

That’s the issue though. Any time of any day there are other cars there happily charging! Just won’t work with my car. 🤔

Had my 5 FL for about a month now with no issues re charging…. except at local Aldi store. Simply can not get a charge on any of the stations. I know the stations work as I’ve even stood with a neighbour whilst they plugged their car in with no bother. Followed the exact same procedure…...

Hi all, Nothing urgent….just a curiosity question. Anybody know what the black plastic bar (immediately below the number plate) is? Does it have a sensor in there? Can’t figure what it’s purpose is if it hasn’t.🤔

Hi all, As a newbie to the world of electric car ownership (and an old fashioned say it like it is kind of guy) does anyone have a handy list of what all the abbreviations actually mean? ie…. GOM etc Just so I can follow forum chats without having to google search. Thanks in advance.

Like Archev says above….my charge cable (in its MG bag) fits easily on top of the engine cover. No clash with underside of bonnet at all.

What make of tyre are they? Mine was supplied with Michelin primacy which you can find anywhere.

Is there a light in the glovebox? Just noticed mine is a blackhole at night.
