Happens extremely regularly. Happened a few years ago when the wife got a second hand Nissan juke. I noticed before driving off and said to them as I had got the reg from them for insurance and it didn't match the car. Worst thing was they told me I was wrong and to ring insurance. I knew I...
I just got a hypervolt unit installed. Very impressed with the features provided given it was one of the cheapest smart chargers I could find. Future proof if I decide to get solar as it will integrate and can control on app if I want to charge off solar only or a combination of solar and grid...
My installer told me he knew someone with a 3 year old pod point which the owner actually got installed free when he got his car just sold his house. Estate agent added 4k to house valuation for the charger.
Yea I've changed from always driving powerful petrol cars so will take time to change driving habits. Even without doing so I am saving tons on fuel costs
My only long journey in the car was start of last month and my left leg was getting sore as I don't think the seat supports far enough towards knees. Woke the next day very sore and was blaming the new car seats but turned out I had covid which explained the aches and pains 😂

Electrician turned up a few hours early before I'd the chance to lift floorboards etc. He was happy enough that I'd identified a route etc. He lifted a few floorboards and I gave him a hand fishing under the joists. He's working away on the box now the cables in
I'm going to lift a few floorboards before he comes and either route it whilst he works on other bits or hopefully hell be happy enough with me pre arrival effort and crack on, or get him to leave me the cable and come back and connect it all up
Fortunately my entire downstairs is joists and floorboards and probably a foot above the driveway so hopefully will be able to drill through then route cable under floorboards. But just be whether electrician will want to charge an arm and a leg for it otherwise I could possibly do that bit and...
Not at all I appreciate the advice. Internal floor sits about a foot above the tarmac on the drive. I double checked and joists are actually running front to back of house on ground floor but there's a fair bit of room beneath them. Assuming electrician will deliver bad news about extra costs...
