    MG4 doesn't save driving mode!?

Am I right that if you assign the drive modes to the star button that you can't toggle regen without using the control panel? You have to pick one?

Would you buy an MG4 standard range Trophy?

    I'd buy a standard range + 360 camera + rear wipers :). Not a trophy though. A real shame MG doesn't do optional add-ons.

MG4 - First UK dealer hands on photos and specifications

Since I heard about the MG4 not having a rear wiper, I've been having a look around at other cars. It does seem to be the domain of the large, expensive cars with long, sloping rear screens to have no wipers, I imagine because the wiper would have to be pretty long to be functional and it...

MG4 - First UK dealer hands on photos and specifications

I'm very interested in hearing about test drives in rainy conditions, especially for the non-Trophy models. Whether the lack of a rear wiper is an issue or not, driving in rain or driving just after rain. I was in Sainsbury's last night after a bit of a downpour and saw a few people in sporty...

    essential extras

That picture is making my brain hurt. 130mph straddling two lanes and there's a long tail back behind with a car right on the rear bumper? Insane!

My Nissan Leaf mats cost £23, not via Nissan though. They are supposedly "genuine", but I don't really care if they are knock-off as long as they look the part and are durable. Yes to both (4 years of use so far).

I suspect it's the classic "buy something very expensive and you're much more likely to buy an accessory that's clearly overpriced" sales technique. Like a £1000 suit, "would you like this £100 tie as well?" :).

Thanks everyone. Good to know there's an app and the lack of a heat pump isn't a worry. The Nissan app is a bit of a dog's dinner anyway. Granny charger, not a huge concern but would have been good to have a choice. I have a 3 pin charging cable with my Leaf, far more expensive than the - also...

MG4 - First UK dealer hands on photos and specifications

Hi folks, newly registered, been following the MG4 for a while as a potential successor for my 2016 30kWh Leaf. Nowt wrong with the Leaf apart from it's down one bar and obviously the range is looking distinctly old school these days! Looking at either the SE or the SE Long Range (I don't...
