I have LKA on a KIA and it genuinely works brilliantly. The MG4 however has tried to steer me into oncoming traffic at 60 mph and also off of the road, which is hugely unsafe.
I’ve really tried to enjoy owning this car, but I’ve had so many issues like LKA and bad (couldn’t give a sh*+) main dealership experiences that I don’t think I can buy an MG again. The car had so much potential.
Just taken my MG4 in for first service hoping the software would get updated to the most recent. I was told this only happens if a fault is found on the car and definitely not during the service. Am I being told porky pies?
My MG4 is a year old and I bought it new. I have an ohme home pro which I use to charge the car overnight.
Occasionally I set the ohme app up for an overnight charge, plug the car in, but in the morning the car hasn’t charged. Nothing has happened!

I casually checked my car today via the app. It said the interior temperature was 87 bloody Celsius ?. I involuntarily buttered my rear cheeks with something akin to Nutella and ran back to my car imagining it was on fire. Nothing was wrong, no need to panic… wtf ?

@Veryfatbloke Ive fixed it. Turns out they’ve changed the password criteria so that only numbers and letters are allowed. Special characters such as $#|+ are not allowed. I had to reset my password to meet the new criteria. I’m going to assume this is an...
I have had the gen 2 for about a month now and overall very happy. The software has been the only downfall so far. I have had issues with CarPlay disconnecting or not connecting plus the radio functionality not working at all. However, a trip to the dealer does seem to have fixed this for now...
I ended up taking the car back to the dealer who did a software update. Only had the car back a couple days but seems ok so far. I also had CarPlay problems and they sent some instruction on how to fix. Will post in the relevant thread.
