To be honest all that sounds a bit to complicated to me. I always try to simplify things as much as I can. I've got 3 favourite stations tuned in, and saved. One particular station, which I play most of time. And that's it. Simple's. Works for me. 🙂👍

You can only ask. But for me that's a fault, and should be replaced under warranty.

To be fair, don't think there is a "correct"
procedure, as such. It's whatever you want to do, whatever your comfortable with.

Don't think it's anything to do with wheel alignment. Sounds like your front wheels weren't centred when the steering wheel was fitted. Therefore your steering wheel is now slightly off centre. If it bothers you, and to be fair, it would annoy me. I'm sure it could...
