I drive an MG ZS EV Mark1. The "HV Battery Shut Off" warning has disabled the car 3 times in the 18 months we've had it, unrelated to charging. Our solution has been to switch off, get out of the car and leave it for 5 minutes. On return eveything seems to work perfectly.
