To be fair, I've seen more poor MG4 reviews than the ZS.
EVs don't do well in reviews from auto trader or top gear in the past but it's all about personal preference.
I'm happy with my ZS, even considering keeping it for a few years after the 4 year period.
On my commute, I use eco mode on the motorway and fast A roads. The rest is on normal mode to get some heat into the cabin.
Good tip about preventing condensation Susanna.
Found the MG assist a great piece of mind. Mine was just renewed and it's free of charge if you get your car serviced by the MG dealer.

Good to know that solar panels are still going strong. I'm curious about how much it costs in the UK per panel with a battery. Also are east to west sloping roofs considered?

This story is growing arms and legs.
Just read it this morning but I reckon the old guy in my work will be waving the story in my face soon.
It looks like a cruise control fault. I wonder if he tried opening the door? My engine switched off while parking as I opened the door to see how close I was to the raised driveway edge...
I've had my car for 11 months. Here's my 2 cents...
Best range for the price of the car(long range version)
I've only used the 3 pin granny charger once and was happy with the speed (5% roughly an hour).
Spacious boot and seating area.
Electric adjustable seats are new to me and I'm happy...
Hi
My insurance went up by £100-150 a year when I changed from my 7 year old diesel to a brand new EV. The cost price must have something to do with it. It's a pity they don't take in account of the enhanced safety features in new cars.
Hi Brian, have you had any issues with chargeplace Scotland fast chargers? Only the 7kw or less work for mine. I've used faster chargers with Genie and Evolt.
You will need a chargeplace Scotland RF card as the webpay and app don't work (even for free points). I also recently got a geniepoint card as Morrisons have this type. The only other charge points I've used are in the shell garages and I just used a bank/credit card.
The non foc Chargeplace Scotland ones bill you a £30 overstay fee if you charge for more than 4 hours. A lot of the other companies should do this. I would suggest you recommend this to whatever company owns the chargepoint.
