Hi there - as I am going through these threads I realize this also occurs on my car - bought just 2 months ago or so. As such I'm wondering if patch 2.6.23 as stated above is the thing that confirmed to fix this. I hate to take the car to my dealer just to tinker around plus it is a 2hr drive...
