I’m having to log in every time, even with face recognition. have an iPhone 15 pro and we’ve also tried an iPhone 12 and it’s failing on both, so I’m thinking more of a technical thing. Will try data permissions. Thanks.

I’ve deleted the app and restarted from scratch again this morning. Up until a week ago I could see charging and heat car etc, past week I’ve had to login in every time I use the app and now literally nothing works. So frustrating ? I wished I could. My hubby is very techy, even he can’t work...

Yep, cars only 4 months old and I’m 1st registered keeper. Just does absolutely nothing for me on iPhone 15. Have deleted and reinstalled numerous times. ? Wished I could get something from it. I’ve even reported issue to MG but to no avail.

Does anyone else use the MGismart app. It’s so frustrating!!! Literally have to sign in every time, never shows data and always says remote execution instruction failed. Why have an app if it is totally useless.

We had the same problem. Car play would come on for a split second then disconnect. So frustrating. Turns out after trying multiple charging cables, it was the cable. The cheap cheerful one was the only one that worked!
