Quite octopus intelligent go is only compatible with certain chargers. I have rolec wallpod for three years which I've been very happy with. But compatible yet octopus say there working on it 😕

I had the same problem. Damaged my front tyre. Repair kit wouldn't work so called AA lady said I wasn't covered, explained I'd had the car serviced recently she said they hadn't registered the car. Luckily she took my word for it and and AA man arrived in 30 minutes.

Has your home charger got a trickle charging feature, this will stop the car falling asleep, and start the timer charge when set

Not sure what you mean by not going into drive. It should be in drive when you stop. Are you putting it into neutral??

Sounds like the units weren't installed properly. I've had my Rolec smart charger for 3years never had a problem.

What about the AA membership how do we know if that's been updated?

What voltage is your battery showing in the car it should be between 12 and 14 volts anything lower and it's faulty. First thing to try is a replacement battery.

And me it says in the manual you should wait for the car to boot up with your foot on the. Before moving off. Not doing this has been known to cause problems.
