We know for some that LKA on the MG4 is OK, but I can assure you that for many it is not. Having owned an Leaf, an E-Golf, a SEAT Mii electric and driven many other cars with LKA I can categorically say the LKA on the MG4 is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Which? are not making this up!
MG may have admitted it to some extent but they have done nothing about it! They claimed they were going to resolve it to Which? probably just to get them of their backs but none of us have been contacted for an update. I hope the guys who are spending 50K+ on Cybersters are going to get a...
Please do report this to Which? magazine as they are very interested in MG LKA, they may be able to offer some advice. I'm sorry your daughter has had to experience this due to MG's lack of care.
I've had a definitive no back from my insurer LV. They referred it to the technical and underwriting team and you are not able to get cover if not approved for use in the UK. Anyone who does use one, be careful!

So looks like I will need to contact my insurance company and see what they say I guess. Within their rights to say NO as MG UK cant be bothered to get approval. Just got to love being an MG owner....

Nothing has improved in the 2 years since launch, all MG want to do is shift cars, not support them after...
When I bought my MG4 almost two years ago I expected some software problems etc. What I did not expect was MG's reluctance to actually do anything about it (2 years to fix LKA and still no sign!).
Not a brand I intend to buy into again unless something changes.
Agree with this. For us early adopters we didn't really know what the MG ownership experience was going to be like. If I'd known then what I know now I would probably have gone elsewhere, but not because it's not a good car.
It's been said many times across these forums, its a great car being...
