what damage was done to the sensor? Mine's playing up - no frontal warning the sensor is clear with nothing obstructing it but isnt detecting. gonna have a mate raise it up on his garage lift to see underneath it but i have a feeling i'll have to take it into chorley mg for a proper diagnosis

looking at the damage this morning its not as bad as i feared. the tow hook socket should be able to be smart repaired. the sensor has slotted back in to its socket though i'm not sure how well its fitted in and if its aligned properly.

I took mine to france and just lowered the dial if there were no cars around i'd put it back up to normal esp as i did quite a bit of countryside driving at night where i went.

Ahhhhhh this must be it. as more battery drains the more the regen works to its maximum capacity. never experienced it before so i was just worried something was up with the regen system
