Actually the higher one(32a)is best for ac conversion to dc(built in charger) there more losses the lower the current you go. ?

There are losses correct, especially if you use an extension lead, the voltage ⚡drop across the lead and plugs cause heat, so keep plug pins really clean, and plug charger in as close to socket as possible. ?

Correct the MG4 trophy does have 11kW charger, but not the lfp battery models ? Firstly your wall box is not a"charger"it is just a controler for the cars charger (the car has ac charger on board) and yes only the Trophy model(UK) has 11kW charger, so that's your limit. ?
