It's an assured bet, ZS with sunroofs won't be built. FOC charger for me. I'm now happy I dodged a bullet in buying / leasing an MG. I've been very lucky in getting an alternative car from Zen Auto at a very good price. Hope all who have lost out find success in finding alternatives.

The EC4 should be compared to the new MG 4. Similar size etc. It's better built, higher quality and to me looks better than the MG 4.

According to the press. Waiting times for EV cars are at an all time low. Average wait time is now 28 weeks. However; in Vanaramas case it's more like 28 years.

It's called customer care. Good reputable companies have it. Sadly 400 of us are experiencing the opposite.

Hi. Good to hear. I'm currently driving a Toyota hybrid foc. from Zen until my car has been "fixed" via recall. I would expect mine to arrive ASAP simply because of the cost to Zen of the hire car.

WOW. Customer service at its best. As mentioned previously, my Citroen ec4 delivery has been delayed due to a car recall. Zen/ Citroen I don't know who have sent me a hire car free of charge, until My car arrives. Vanarama are you listening?

Hi. Had an email from Zen Auto that my order has been paused due to issues with the batteries on all ec4 ,208 and 2008. Cancelled order and probably just going to lease a Nissan Qashqai as this battery option is just not worth the effort. I'll just plant some more trees. :)

I'm surprised many more haven't seen the light. Mines,coming next Thursday. If anyone is looking at the MG 4 this is miles better. All the best.

Couldn't agree more. The opportunities missed due to "hanging on" in hope for Vanarama to act has made this journey a complete dead end. They are a big company (AutoTrader) and could easily have applied pressure. Looked at converting my ZS lease to a MG4. Sat in one and quickly got out. Poor...

Your being generous in saying they have a plan! Time to move on. Vanarama clearly don't have the will or gumption to fulfil orders. A company owned by Autotrader could apply pressure if they so wished but, choose to be mute. Think I'll go back to a European car manufacturer as at least they...
