Waited seven weeks for the card so I have canceled my direct debit.

I have had my mg4 for a year having bought it second hand with 4000 miles on the clock. I have put 10,000 miles on it since then and apart from a few software glitches solved by an update during its first service its been great. Would I buy another one? Well if the LKA was fixed then yes

Still waiting for my card I have been told it clearly states three weeks from when you apply but I have an email that says 3 days

I applied for a BP pulse subscription membership over two weeks ago. After many phone calls and emails still nothing. No card and the app now says I have to rejoin and I didn't even get that far. There subscription seems to be as about as reliable as ther chargers.

Wow thank goodness for this forum. Last night my mg 4 trophy did exactly this. Resetting only worked for a few seconds before it started again so I tried the DAB radio trick and it has worked (for now). What a pain and it's now Christmas with no chance of contacting the dealer for a few days...

Had to delete my old account and re register before it would load but now won't bind to the car as my old account details are still present any tips on how to unbind my now deleted old account.

Took several attempts to update this app then it wouldn't let me log in so changed my password and it eventually after about twenty attempts let me in. Tried to bind the car and after a hour of trying it finally accepted the QR code on the dash and my account details appeared on the car screen...

I'm afraid we will all see less and less functionality from our infotainment system as the years progress and support is withdrawn. My last car a Honda jazz used mirror link sadly withdrawn by the phone manufacturers. Android auto and carplay will soon go the same way. Amazon music no longer...

It's just got worse for me, the app has now just crashed and I can't even try and sign in/out. Works fine over android auto but Spotify is better anyway if you don't mind the occasional add.

I just got a cheep dongle from amazon they have loads for sale. Just took 1 minute to pair with the phone then now connects and launches AA before I am ready to go.
