just wondered as i got stuck on the m11 with no ccs charging on the car and had to use 22kw ac to get me 250 mile, it took 11 hours going from small villages and towns, and i tried pressing the sos button every time i had to re charge and got nothing

Ive pressed it on several occasions when stuck, it flashes and then nothing. anyone have any ideas what its for or what ir does?
