I agree with you, but I hope MG at least can give an official answer on this. I was actually able to get some info answered from them once, but it was just added as feedback. In the same reply, they replied honestly why there was no heat pump: It's a cost issue.

In Norway we don't have taxes on the EVs under £41 000, that said it's laying stabel on £ 20500 without taxes in Norway with that milage ( finn.no ). If that's any help. But don't you have still the new car guarantee? Could you not sell it yourself?

You can check the app, but they usually have dynamic pricing. I checked quickly on the app now for the southern UK and the average was this: £0,55 /kwh from 00:00 - 16:00, £0,71 /kwh from 16:00-20:00, £0,55 kwh from 20:00-00:00.

Bjørn Nydal(Tesla Bjørn youtube) recommends that you keep the charge at 60% if you can live with it(any car, Tesla, MG, Skoda...aso). What do you guys think about that? A lot of small charging sessions, but mainly to 60% as long as you don't need more each week? Personally, I like to go low...
