Does anyone know how I open this little door to attach the tow hook? EDIT It’s ok. In the process of prying it open with a screwdriver I seem to have broken it off! Not very obvious how it’s supposed to open. A picture in the manual might have been useful! 🙄

Ah. I was hoping you might say that, because I’m stuck in some mud and need to be pulled out. As I don’t have a tow hook fitted I thought it wouldn’t be possible

I wasn’t sending multiple requests. I got that error message the first time I tried to switch on A/C Yes. I tried unlock and lock a few times with the key fob, but it didn’t fix it. By the sound of most of your replies, I guess there must be a fault on my car. Thanks everyone

It's a very frosty morning and I decided to try out the remote heating option using the iSmart iOS appl. But after several attempts I have given up. None of the options work, seat heating, windscreen heating, A/C control. I've tried remotely locking/unlocking the car but nothing fixes it...

I do. But it's practically useless. It's incredibly fussy about the precise position of the phone so that when you make a turn or go over a slight bump it stops charging. Even when it is charging it does so about 1% per week.

I have a wireless dongle plugged in to my MG4's USB-A port and it works fine. Only problem is, I now can't use it to charge my phone. So I have bought two splitters, but neither one works with CarPlay. I assume it's because of the wiring not being able to carry data. Can anyone recommend a...

Just plugged it it and it works perfectly, no setup. Of course, now it means I’ll have to rely on the car’s almost useless wireless charging pad 😂
