Thanks for reply, That was a concern and why I put up the question hoping someone may have experience of this and if 25mm made a huge difference.

Afternoon peeps, anyone had experience of lowering kits for the 5? VHS Handling Solutions list a kit that lowers 25mm, developed by themselves. At £250 +VAT sounds to be OK. I know they have extensive experience of MGR and MGUK products. https://www.vehiclehandlingsolutions.com/products/...

Just reading through all comments so have decided to go for it. Sourced a used frunk like the ones made in Ireland :-) and got a spare cover from eBay. Work begins next week to try and combine the two into something that looks Ok ;-) Wish me luck...

Same location as the MG GS, but at least the fuse board was easy to access once panel removed. Job for tomorrow I think.
