How do you “pre condition” the battery before charging?

They will just tell you that it had to be moved around the parking or had to be taken to another parking facility as they were so full. They will then tell you that it’s in the contract you signed , but never read.

But… did you miss the part where I said I only plugged the phone in AFTER the car was in operation? I mean, it’s not like there can be 20 other things that could be wrong. It’s one or the other. The cable works perfectly now.

??? well if you have a look at the countless threads on here stating that it is the cable , you might reconsider. I have also had two MG dealerships say the same.

I did that with 27 different different cables! All original apple or high quality, not a single one worked when doing as you say. Bought an anker one, worked immediately and has done so for months now. Not once has it not connected. It definitely IS the cable.

Yes, I went to the dealership to check, I have the same car. They told me basically everyone who bought the car has come to check the same thing. Cold weather annihilates the battery ????

Yes, without a doubt! I lost nearly half in the cold - I even took it to the dealership who confirmed this. They told me basically every person that bought a car from them came back to ask the same thing! It’s normal… so they say!

This often happens with me, I call the number on the charger and they reset it.
