    Thanks, but Christ almighty! Better to hear from you guys though, because I think I would have struggled to believe that from the dealer. Especially as it's 2nd hand and not bought from them...

    I had confidently booked my SE LR in for a warranty issue for the rear screen heater until I saw this: You can see clearly which lines are not heating. They can't all be the aerial can they?
