I've been inundated with people telling me similar when listing my i3. It's all very well to regurgitate these stats when people are selling cars but look at what's actually listed for sale. I've yet to see all these price drops, if anyone has then please show me....I might shop for these used...
That's interesting. This is the first I've heard from Bulldog the whole time! I got told early Feb so must be at least a couple ships they have info on.
Who does a saloon suit!? They are so restrictive and offer no upside that I can see. The model 3 is even shaped like a hatch?!
Anyway just had first contact ever from dealer about my August 20 order, it's on its way! Expected here beginning of February. Quite uplifting news after nothing and...
I understand your feelings exactly. Its gone through my head quite a few times. Only thing that kept my order in is the lack of similar priced rivals that arent SUVs or SUV shaped, no interest thanks.
The price rise is also in the back of my mind so cant easily go back if I do cancel
Called mine today (Bulldog Twyford). Said the fact I was an August order means nothing and all early orders are now classed as October. Should have an update mid Jan.
Couldn't be bothered to say a lot really. Just hope they might communicate a bit more than absolutely zero, going forward.
When I was looking, all I could see was a Arkamys 4 speaker setup mentioned or hk top of the range.
Anyway I tend to agree with lierostelios. It was too expensive and missing stuff that I was looking for. Together with that non portrait screen that was in all the early reviews....put me off.
Dont blame you making that choice. Looks like a very nice car just a shame it costs that bit too much.
Also for me lost something when they didnt give the UK the full portrait infotainment screen. It was my #1 choice until they revealed UK spec was rather different from rest of Europe.
I heard a new batch owner saying he could now precondition while plugged in? Hopefully that is true of all new cars.
I ordered 20th Aug.....not heard a thing from Bulldog MG in Twyford. Not impressed.
Similar to couple recent comments. I have Trophy on order but it is very much in the balance. The bug arent filling me with confidence but its MG customer service looking so woeful being a big concern.
My main worry from what I have read here is that I will regret selling my i3. Its now old...
I agree with Lovemyev
I have messed about with plenty of steering wheels and airbags and that hasnt partially deployed. The airbag would force its way out around a weak area by the MG badge when deploying.
That is just the airbag unit that isnt fully seated/clipped in place. Not saying you...
The good thing about twitter complaints is anyone can search for 'mg customer' and 3rd and 4th on the result list are this issue. A good company would work hard to keep that out of the public domain and DM those with the complaint.
This Mr Smart answers are public, thats how he gets away with...
Added a reply to your tweet. I don't really care about this actual relatively minor issue but their customer service is a MAJOR concern. If this is how they deal with clear quality issues then I worry what's the point in their 7 year warranty. Shouldn't need to have to fight this hard for...
Trouble is ride height looks terrible. That leads you down wanting it lower which = ruined ride. I'll put up with undersized wheels and better ride. Think my big rim pothole dodging days are behind me now.
