My mg5 is coming up to its first service so I asked what's going on with the DAB radio, apparently MG still have no fix for it. It's been a great car so far, but that's pretty crappy in my opinion.

Even if it gets to 69% within warranty, MG will not replace the whole battery, the warranty covers repair to 70%

Yeah, phoned the dealer, apparently mg will send me a letter inviting me for a recall when the parts required for the radio arrive....

Well, that's reasonable, but it would have been good to explain that and reassure that it will be put right at first service.

That's how it was supplied, is there an alternative way of doing it?

This is the only thing that is annoying me about the mg5, it just seems cheap with the cable dangling out of the glove box for the DAB radio

Just heard from dealer my silver mg5 LR will be available for collection November 5th. Ordered 23/3/22. I was hoping to have it by September, but actually reassuring to finally have a confirmed delivery date.
