Well now I know that rapid chargers are always tethered I would have done the same. A helpful dealership would probably have informed me of this work around rather than having to join a forum to get help. I appreciate your time responding to me. Thank you.

I have only had the car since Monday, and love the car, but I do need to be able to drive it. My issues are totally related to the dealership and not the car. I have worse issues than the app not working with them, but that is another thread.

I have my Fast Charger on order but not fitted yet and was not given the Granny Charger, which is causing me all the issues. I cannot even get to my local Screwifix to buy a type 2 charger and then use a public charger.

If I had a charging cable I would not have let the battery get so low. :) I even put a shout out on social media on Tuesday night to see if I could borrow a cable overnight to charge at a public charger or at my home but no response.
