    Car goes directly into ready mode with foot on brake. If foot not on brake then it's amber before green. Sometimes when in ready mode, I'll have fan on to clear screen etc and then try to go into drive but fails to engage AND often there is no warning message eg HD Battery shutoff.

    Picked up new MG5. Was handed over with uncharged 12v battery, had not been prepped (dirty sticky screens) or checked over. Broke down 20 mins later on M25 causing massive tailbacks. Not a happy experience by any means. Full report in MG5 forum.
