Pretty sure that as it's contract hire, your contract is with the finance company you make payments to, not MG or the dealership. You should try and get them involved.

Apols for the delay in reply, but I only got the vehicle back (fixed) yesterday. Not much to say other than I believe the sat nav/facia was completely replaced. (For them to have the car for 10 days, I can only assume that parts had to come direct from China). Anyway, all good, and thanks.
