Exactly the same happened to me this morning...

It must be 2000 ohms. The first one we bought was the wrong resistance. Also our EVCC unit is faulty so we've asked for repair under warranty.

This one is faulty see my photo. 11408732. Date is 23/05/23. So yours is 3 months older than ours and not same code number. We bought two adapters online (as cable is unnecessary) first one not correct, as it must be 2000 ohms resistance. Our dealer didn't own one to test the car.

We have a ZS SE 2024 and just been quoted £977 for a detachable towbar with electrics, in Exeter.

The EVCC is the Charging Controller. It is faulty and so we cannot use Vehicle to Load. The Trophy headlights are adjustable apparently, whereas the ZS SE is not.

Yes, when you drive with main and dipped beams both on, then you see the gap between them on the road. It is horizontal and has two v-shaped kinks in it It bounces up and down with the bumps in the road. If you have a ZS Trophy your lights may be different. Ours is a SE built in July 2023.

Most people who reply that they like their ZS EVs are owners of the Trophy. Are there people who have ZS SE LR who like theirs? Thanks, but it appears to be a fact that with a ZS SE we are stuck with the black line, as there is no adjustment. Please let us know what your dealer tells you about the lights. We have a ZS SE and at Newton Abbot he was emphatic that there's no remedy to the black line between the beams...

We have bought a brand new ZS and took it back to dealer in Newton Abbott today. The service manager has told us that a black horizontal shadow line on the road is "normal" for MG cars. Is this true, as we can reject the car in first 30 days? We also have issues with cornering in the dark.

Yes, thanks we're compiling a list. The latest is that Android Auto is not working even though my device recognised the car. If the car is actually nearly 2 years old I am guessing software will be out of date. Build date was July 23 but sold to us as new.
