That's exactly it. What they deliver depends on the voltage. The current carrying capacity of the cables is limited by the heat, which depends on the current squared, so higher voltage is why you can get twice the power somebody else can.
I've been told the ADAS settings can be saved, but I don't have the details on how. They do revert each drive but you can recalled saved settings. There may be some things you can't save due to NCAP/EU law such as speed limit monitoring.

I think you're missing my point, so I won't labour it.
Enjoy your SOH tests, all these measurements do seem to give people new interests to follow.
I'll continue to drive happily without knowledge of my SOH, knowing and trusting my car's range.
