It is a real pain - not to mention that if I drive past any ANPR cameras on the way, there will automatically be a notice of prosecution for driving without an MOT, which I'll have to challenge and prove otherwise.

Marvellous, just had a call to say only one arm came in today, so they can't fit them tomorrow. Rearranged for Wednesday, can't drive the car now until then as the current MOT has expired.
