That's a fair comment based on those figures, both of which are cheaper than octopus. BTW Eon standing charge is 57p not 68p

And if you have battery storage. I run all day on night rate tariff from batteries and solar power. For me eon is better, at the moment

To the left is were the car is charging while its being driven. To the right is were its charging when the battery is charging.

The 12V battery only gets topped up while the HV battery is active (When you are driving) or you are plugged in charging.

One way to prove it it to open the bonnet and put some jump leads on the battery to another car

Is it possible you have a flat aux battery?

Thanks for the info, useful to know. I'm still toying with red but they are very plain. OK for black as they don't stand out but if you want them to stand out red would be better but needs to look more realistic. Thinking of trying these.
