Usually md5 is to check the integrity of files and that nothing is missing. This is in computer terms, not just for MG. So I wonder if some files didn’t copy properly or are damaged. Did you try with a different usb stick?! Also, did you unpack and copy to the usb stick on Windows?

That didn’t happen to me. I would try it again to make sure the upgrade went well. And if you have the same error, I would copy to the USB stick again and do it again.

Yeah I was thinking that. The maps update might just be that, an update to the maps and not the satnav system itself. I would be interested to know if the lucky ones that have got the latest infotainment system/satnav/maps/etc, have ever seen the battery % thingy to tell them how much battery...

I updated the maps yesterday with the latest file, Q42023, if I remember correctly. I have a question for anyone on the latest satnav maps though, in another forum I have seen someone saying that the new maps introduce real time battery calcs. I assume that is to tell you with how much battery...

The guy at the garage obviously repaired the tyre, so it was repairable. He said if it was a bit more towards the outside it wouldn’t de repairable.

I took it to a local garage today and they were super nice, fixed the tyre very quickly for £18. Thanks everyone for the help.

Thanks everyone. No, the photo is not supposed to show the screw. Just the tyre specs, in case anyone wanted to have all the details. Here is a photo of the screw. I don’t know how to tell if it’s safe to remove or if it’s repairable.
