I've used the inbuilt one without any issues, its always showed the traffic delays etc Sat navs do have odd quirks, when I've driven to the French alps for ski holidays, my TomTom insisted on going through Paris instead of the via Reims as it was a few miles shorter.

Painless experience.... Set off from home in Buckingham with 99%. I couldn't find any charges near where I was working or the hotel I was staying in, so planned to stop for a zap & dash at the Shell recharge at Tothill services (about 50miles from home) so should have enough battery to commute...

I've just tried this workaround, seems to work in my car as well (same as yours) I went through the CarLinkit setup and I don't have a "knob mode"! I'd checked the software/firmware version is the latest. Thanks, I was just about to give up on it!

My MG4 did that the other day, went from amber warning to red. I noticed the data signal display at the top right showed no signal. Data signal came back, errors went away.

Powered up the car yesterday, I'd already driven a short distance, and the main display was upside down/mirrored.:ROFLMAO: It righted itself after about a minute. Touch buttons still worked in the proper place ie home button opened the car menu :rolleyes:
