Took my Trophy in for its 1st service and asked them to sort out the digital key (it opens the car but has only once started the car). They were confident that unbinding and rebinding would do the trick. It didn’t!

It’s showing as a cleared transaction (not a pending transaction) on my credit card account. I sent a Tweet to Tesla about this but have not had a response. I’ll give it a couple of days more to see if the payment is reversed.
