I and others have the same problem with the new MG4 Premium which I believe shares the same infotainment system hardware. Not sure if software versions are the same across the models. My iPhone is on iOS 26.3.1 (a)

I emailed MG UK 3 years ago about my 2022 Trophy. They confirmed that the headlights are flat beam and no adjustment is necessary.

It’s reassuring a message comes up on the dash alerting you to a low battery. I handed both fobs over at the 2 year service and discreetly marked the batteries. They were both swapped for new ones. It’s worth checking the blade key is still present every time a dealer has had the fob.

Change by going into settings / general / measurement units and select Imperial

Glad you like it. There is a way to change the consumption figure to show miles per kw. It took me a while to figure it out. Next time I’m in the car I’ll see if I can find it again and let you know.
