When I bought my Trophy ER the dealer provided me with the attachted maintenance schedule and pricing, it was attached as part of the official MG4 brochure publicly available at their Finnish manufacturer website.
Time will tell if they'll honor it not, though.
Update on this, got to my dealer and they are again champs. They had the charge port disassembled in like 10 minutes and the source of the issue determined - a pretty obvious material defect visible on the photo that allowed the push pin assembly to rock freely inside.
Apparently MG doesn't...
Have you by any chance checked that the closing mechanism/pin is not broken/loose?
This was the problem in at least my case where the charging door would refuse to close/open, and there have been others too in the other forum thread: Charging Flap / Door not opening

That's a bummer, considering that early high power throughput is what really counts when driving long distances with several charging stops each day.
Has there been any explanation whatsoever from dealers regarding this unusual charging curve?

Still, wondering if anyone else has come across similar behaviour or abnormal charging curves on their MG4s. Quick search around the forum didn't result too many graphs at least.
Hi, bouncing a slightly old thread up.
Got my Trophy ER (77kWh, presumably LFP) this spring, only visited DC charging stations few times as I mostly charge at home from a slow charger.
I've seen some charge curves here and elsewhere on the Internet of MG4s going the full 140kW charging speed...
Just registered here on the forums to give my two cents on the matter as well.
Got my Trophy ER this spring, and a few days ago the flap would no longer bounce out or back in when pushed. With a few gentle punches and cycling the central locking I was able to get the flap to pop out on its own...
