I got a notification on my phone this morning that said "Your VIN xxxxx vehicle has been unbound successfully."
I haven't been in the car since Monday and haven't opened the app since then either.
Anyone got any ideas?
Update... it's almost perfect but, I've been left standing out in the cold a few times.
There seems to be an issue with Remote Climate Control interfering with the Digital Key & Remote Unlock.
A few times when I've been out running with just my water bottle and my phone. About 5 minutes away...
MG iSMART-Support tell me this for every fault I send them, approximately 5-10 a week as I've started emailing them EVERY time the iSMART app fails to work.
Is the Motorola running newer software? Android recently made changes to both their Background Battery and Data services. You have to select "Unlimited" for both in submenus (beyond the power and data options in the app details).
Ah, I understand... However, locking with the Digital Key isn't the same as remote locking (from anywhere on the planet) as I'm physically stood with the vehicle and connected via Bluetooth.

I've since changed the plug socket and extension cable to EV rated ones. And I'm using a CT clamp and Fingerbot to automate the socket switch-off...
I have a problem with DC charging sometimes. I find that if I lock the car with the charging flap open, give it 30 seconds and then plug it, it usually works.
I don't have any problems with granny charging, I just plugs it in and off it goes.
I don't have AC charging available so couldn't...
