Sometimes when I start the car first thing in a morning the infotainment system takes an age to get going and I get loads of error messages that go once it starts. Anyone else seen this?

Had my TCLR a week now .....info can be slow to start up but no error messages yet 🤞although I do get a pleasant voice telling me the date, temperature etc (which is rarely the correct date) - need to sort that out if I can

at the moment my ZS trophy connect is offline again. been to the workshop three times. it's been a few months since the last appointment. now he's spinning again. annoying

I've had the same thing.

As you say, get errors that disappear when the infotainment system fires up.

No idea why sometimes it takes an age and other times it is really quick.

Maybe they will fix it with an over the air update LOL

My Kona is the same. Some days it boots up in a couple of seconds, other times I can be 300 yards down the road before the satnav comes on.

I've noticed, with my 2020 ZS, if you reboot the radio every now and then anyway it behaves itself for longer.

If you don't hold your foot on the foot break until the system says ready on the dash you are likely to get boot up errors. If you let your foot off early this interrupts the boot up process hence the errors.

@TonyP
I thought I had read the manual pretty much cover to cover, but I must have missed that. I was under the impression you only needed to be pressing the brake pedal to start.
Thanks!

That is my experience too, as long as I press the pedal at start its all fine, no need to keep my foot on the pedal.

My experience is when I haven't left my foot on the brake pedal errors can occur....they will not always happen, but more likely. Leaving foot on the brake pedal until 'ready' sign appears has resulted in no errors to date.
