Eventually found right bit for question.. Tried recharging my Phev battery when down to below 20%. All well but noticed that mileage distance now sticks at 31 miles other that 32 miles - as advertised. Car done some 10,500 miles and due service in month or so. Any ideas....

Hi
Just a idea đź’ˇ reset the trips my thinking is a Full EV it changes the distance EG it may do on this car. I had it once after charging but next time it was 100%

Hi stoneyev a few people on here have said the same but it has not affected anything.
Unlike a GOM ( guessometer) on an ev that changes depending on how you drive it , this does not appear to be the case on the PHEV. Its a figure that is pre figured so a certain battery = miles.
As an aside in warmer countries it appears the figure is prefigured higher ( i think it was something like 67km = 41 miles).
I dont remember reading of anything concrete on this matter, but im guessing that if the actual battery reading was the equivalent of 31.5 ( rounded up to 32 on your display) and its now gone to the equivalent of 31.4 , it will show 31. So a little degredation could look like its lost 1 mile of supposed range.
Only time will tell if this gets more serious or not as i think again we only have 13.5kwh of usable battery ( this was tested early on in the forum).
Depending on driving ( and temperature ) you should get more than the 32 ( or 31) displayed.
I have not seen that its gone down to 30 for anyone on here
I hope this helps

Right side strewing wheel press up or down arrow until scr in front of you come up with with trip miles then press Ok for long press and will clear it aand do it for both,

Keep in mind the difference between 31 and 32 might well be the difference between 31.99999 and 32.0, and if you note the actual mileage done between charges you'll often see a little extra the regen puts back.

Got mine at 12k and it has always said 31 miles. I@m guessing it is just battery degredation.

Hi,
Even I noticed the same. Since the last service (first service), even after charging the battery to 100%, the range displayed 51KM (most of the time) but not always. I do reset my trip meter2 every month. but not sure if it has to do with the Battery range as the car is meant to be set on the full range as default with 100% battery. But still, I will try to check again with the rest of trip meter2 to make sure they have upgraded something during the last service.
br,
JM

We had software update on our 2022 PHEV IN August 2022 and since then the figure has shown 31 miles after an overnight (7.2kw charger) charge. Up until then it had shown 32. But saying that, we have had 38 miles of local use, we also can gain 2-4 miles if we park up for 30minutes
