Changing radio channels using favourites rather than all?

I'm sure I must be missing something obvious but this is irritating me.
when I change radio channel with the buttons on the steering wheel it moves through all the channels. I just want to move through my saved ones.
R3 and R4 are next to each other so not an issue, but the world service and other stuff I listen to means I have to go through loads of stuff I dont want and am not interested in.

2022 zs ev lr trophy connect if it makes a difference...

That's the same on a mg5 SR, I'd like to switch between favourites as well

Look for the Heart symbol this will add station to your favourites. Touch the heart symbol to go to your favourites. This is from the infotainment manual.

I agree - it definitely should have the steering wheel button just scroll through radio stations that you have selected as favourites. Or maybe have the option to delete radio stations that you know you don’t want to listen to. Very frustrating!

Thanks, but thats not what I'm asking. I know all this.

I want to use the buttons on the steering wheel to move through my favourites.
