Currently when my phone connects to my car it reports that the car is parked and that my Battery is at 51%. The problem with that is that the battery is at 80% and unable to get GPS ( mind you it has always had this GPS esrror).

I have had this invalid information issue previously and thought I had solved it by closing the app and restarting but that didn't work this time.

It is very annoying that my phone indicates that it is connected to the car but then gives me the WRONG information.

Does anyone have any idea??

Thanks

Not sure it helps but I am using an iPhone and have not seen this issue.

Only issue I have see. Is after 2 days it no longer connects to car are until I unlock it again.

You mention a gps issue. Is this the car having an issue getting s gps signal? I wonder if there is a falt with the gps and cell network on the car.

It is a real annoyance that it drops connection after a couple of days, I hope they do fix that. I wonder if I lock and unlock it remotely it would stay connected for longer, shall give that a try when time permits, though it is still an incumberance. Otherwise works fine with my Iphone 14.

When you open up the App, try running the “Vehicle Health” check first, before requesting a command.
If it runs the health check fine, then you know you have contact with the car.
If it fails, then it is going to report the previous data it sent out from the last check.
This is why you are seeing a discrepancy.
Some times you will see a small discrepancy between what the App reports and what the car reports on the GOM by a few miles also.
Have you cleaned out he cache in your profile in the App recently ?.
This may help.

Hi, I can only see this Health Check once a day when I first use the app in the morning. Is it possible to run it at other times? I can't find an option to do that on the app. Any ideas?👴
When you open up the App you should see the option, in the top left hand side of the front screen ?.
If you press this button, it should conduct a health status / check on request.
If it fails to run the check, then the connection to the car is down or the server.
