Charging stations working or not

Is there a app that tells you in advance if the charging stations are working. . Or is it pot luck

Zap-Map will usually tell you if a charger is up and running and if it is being used.

Lots of apps will give you live status plus augmented user reported info. I think if you have the Trophy Connect ZS the Nav shows live status as well - if you can bear slumming it with the builtin Nav.

Plugshare is another one.

Not all chargers share their live status data though.

If you use certain network provider apps they show live data telling you if it is in use or has issues.
Any particular charge point you are searching for?

Beware of reports on Zapmap that say not working if reported by a user sometime ago. These often don't get reported when they are back up and running or it could have just been one user who struggled.
Network reports are more reliable than user reports.

‎PUMP Charging

Edit: Just checking now with my local EWE charge point. 'Pump' says its occupied and has been for the last 14 hrs and 4 hrs. Two charging points. My EWE app says they are also occupied but not for how long.
