Customer Checklist On Collection

MG has just informed me that my MG4 Trophy will arrive at my dealer within 5 days. I'm very exited that the waiting is over and soon I'll be an MG4 owner!

Now it's about time to update my MG4 handover checklist that I shared in another post some time ago (link and list below). Is there anything else I'm missing here?

Thanks for the checklists. I'm due to take delivery of our MG4 Trophy in August. It should come with AA MG Assist. Based on my experience with Honda Assist, I will make sure I have the appropriate documentation since dealers can forget it. Also after each annual service.

If we are it's news to me :ROFLMAO:
I'm collecting mine from Nottingham and my visa for Scotland has expired
Ian, I'm due to collect our Trophy from Sandicliffe in Nottingham in August. How did you get on?

They seem to have done a good job of doing the PDI and updating the software. I'm still on an earlier version for the infotainment screen but I'm not in a rush to book it specially for the update and swop one set of bugs for possibly another lot in the latest version.
The salesman sat in the car with me and together we accepted the terms and conditions on the infotainment screen and also made sure my phone was bound to the car and connected the bluetooth and offered to go through the controls with me.
All in all they seem to be one of the better dealers so relax and enjoy your car when you get it.

Ian, thanks for the reply and assurance.

Excellent List!
Just got our Volcano Trophy last week and have already overheard the neighborhood kids remarking the "cheese on wheels"

Only thing to add, apparently, is to order the boot protector and ~ especially seat covers ~ to keep the pleather from premature disintegration

Now I've got the seat covers on (apart from not yet having managed to get the back seat to clip back down!) I need to look at a boot protector. I think I saw one that seemed to match the seat covers.
