Cost to run my ICE car. 🤪

It’ll be the use cases surrounding the charging type. If you’re frequent DC fast charging you’re likely doing longer trips and only charging to 80% and not stressing the high end battery capacity. If you’re frequent home charging you’re likely topping up and staying in that high 80% to 100% range far more often, stressing the battery.
I think the technology has moved so much that its difficult to generalize.
I would want to see much more detailed data about use, journey, battery heat ups, etc

The leaf is certainly the car with the biggest degradation issues, but also the only (?) car without decent battery thermal management.

I kept general costs updated to todays money for my cars: -

My 18yo Land Rover 4cyl - 66p/mile - mostly fuel, no capital cost as sold for a small profit.
My 8yo Land Rover V8 - 61p/mile - mostly fuel, no capital cost as sold for a small profit.
Discovery 6yo - 59p/mile - high maintenance costs, depreciation.

7yo Astra Diesel 1 - 32p/mile - old & driven into ground
5 yo Astra Diesel 2 - 31p/mile - old & driven into ground
7 yo Astra Petrol 1 - 29p/mile - old & driven into ground - got it for free, sold at a profit!
4 yo Vectra - 47p/mile - lots of repairs & maintenance, poorer MPG than advertised

All new on PCP: -

LEAF 1 - 39p/mile
LEAF 2 - 42 p/mile
MG5 - 42 p/mile - lots of rapids
MG4 - 39p/mile

Based on 12k per annum, current energy costs and adjustment service/repair/MOT costs
