Making & Receiving Phone Calls

Anyone had a problem with making or receiving tel calls on infotainment system? No calls incoming ring, only screen shows Bluetooth and correct mob phone when phone button pressed. MG Dealership has booked in on 9th May!! the next available techie diagnostic appointment.

Not that specific problem. I have had to constantly re - pair my iPhone even though its the only mobile connected to my x power. The connectivity is extremely poor being honest. By now MG should have addressed & improved these issues. Hope you get it sorted. Remember to ask about infotainment software updates whilst its in

It could be IOT issue. It could be the model of your phone is not compatible.

My phones work well with Bluetooth.

Sorted it with a wireless CarPlay dongle some time ago. Was just trying to let the person posting know its a common issue.

Apple's Bluetooth compatibility was not good before. A proper Apple USB cable costs about £100. Maybe it was a cable problem?

I have a £2.5 USB cable works well with AndroidAuto on my old Huawei flagship phone Mate10Pro. But the cable does not work well with my new budget phone Samsung A34-5G. I bought a £25 USB cable, which solved my Samsung A34 Android Auto cable connection problem.
