MG5 Range - lower??

My GOM estimate has gone up recently. Was 269 miles at 100% in eco mode this morning.

Exactly. And one of the main reasons for the difference is that the heated seats transfer the energy straight to your backside whereas the heating system is warming up and changing the whole cars' air mass in a moving single glazed metal house. Just imagine if you had electric storage heating in your house, with single glazing and if somehow the house moved at 70mph. Brrrr. ( and £!!! )
 
All this talk of heated seats makes me think I should have bought the exclusive. Problem is that heated seats won't warm up my feet. Generally that is where I want the heat.

Exactly, why bother having aircon etc if you’re not gonna use them. I’d rather be comfortable (and focused) than getting a couple of extra miles per charge
 
All these little things that can reduce range reminds me of the things that they used to quote for increasing fuel economy in an ICE.
They used to quote % saving for things like, close windows when driving at speed, drive slower, remove roof rack, pump your tyres up, turn AC off etc. etc.
I once worked it out, adding all these together, that if I applied them all, I would be constantly stopping to drain fuel out as the mpg went into negative figures. :LOL:
