What I would say is do to your local dealership and ask them if they are taking "pre-orders" for when the ordering is opened back up... might be lucky, they might even have a cancelled customer order that you can take over

I don't think they are taking pre orders either until the existing orders have been completed.

That was just 2, there were 47 adverts on there for brand new ZS EV in varying trim levels and battery capacity
