Popped into our dealer this morning and saw one, a blue MG ZSEV sitting in the holding compound with a sold sticker on it. Brain screaming please let it be ours. Sorry Phil isn't in today and there's no name on it, if it's not yours you're looking at September delivery, but we will be upholding the deal in full. Ordered Dec 21 before the grant was changed. Its the waiting

Mine (Black SR Trophy) will be arriving on Monday at MG Toomey Basildon and told them will collect on the 1st June. I also remind them to update the car with the latest software due to the “brickgate” incidence

I asked the same about update for mine and they said they knew all about it and were updating all vehicles they had just received, also said they are going to have a large electric bill as they had received 26 EVs and needed to get all fully charged for collection

Got a response to my monthly chase on my order today.

My order is in the excel tracker on the other thread but to save people asking I ordered a Trophy Connect white LR in March. Was told June/July.

They said they have been given a deliver date now of Sept which means it has been built and is awaiting shipping.

I have a pending request in to MG UK to see what they say. Last month it was shortage awaiting build. Who knows maybe the MG gods are on my side but until I hear something from MG I am not holding my breath.

Do we think that they actually check order dates before they send these emails out? Looks like a copy and paste to me. I received the same from my 30/11 order.

Well that was a short 10-14 days (it's been 3), I am picking up the new wheels on Tuesday... will update the order tracker thread when I am bump on seat but am very much excited!

Are you sure as the grant changed on 15th December?

I picked up my MG5 EV Long Range on Tuesday. I ordered it in January, so it took 4 months to arrive. It drove just nicely on the 160 mile trip home from the dealer, so so far so good. I granny charged it over night for 11 hours and that added 40% to the battery. Still to get a charge point installed, as they want £1500! Luckily I have a local fast charger not too far away.

Same here, I ordered a LR 5 in December and still waiting. I’d be seriously miffed if the new shape demonstrators arrive before my orders fulfilled.
